Manipal Hospitals is the third largest healthcare network in India with a network of 15 hospitals and three primary clinics spread across 6 states. It serves more than 2 million patients annually. The flagship quaternary care facility is located in Bangalore, India.
== History of Manipal Education & Medical Group ==

The present Manipal Group was started in 1953, by the late Dr. T.M.A. Pai, a doctor, educationist, banker and philanthropist. He also instituted India’s first private medical college, Kasturba Medical College in 1955.
